Questions we get asked
Who can join?
Affiliates with traffic they can account for — SEO sites, media buyers, app owners, streamers, communities. We review every application by hand and reply either way. What we won't take is incentivised traffic, bot traffic or anyone bidding on our brand names.
When exactly do I get paid?
Commission is calculated once the month closes and paid in arrears no later than the 10th of the following month. The minimum single withdrawal is €20; bank transfers may have a higher floor. Verification documents may be requested before the first payout is released.
Is there negative carryover?
On revenue share, a losing month doesn't roll forward — you start the next one clean. On CPA and hybrid deals, negative revenue share is deducted from the CPA portion, which is standard and is spelled out in the terms before you sign.
How do you judge traffic quality?
Mainly on the ratio of deposits to cost, which we expect to reach about 80% by month end. If it drifts below that we'll talk to you before doing anything — pausing traffic or reworking the deal is a conversation, not a surprise e-mail.
Can I promote more than one brand?
Yes. Your account covers every brand in the program, each with its own links, creatives and reporting line, all settled into one balance. Brands get added over time and your manager will flag the ones that suit your geos.
What if I already work with another program?
That's normal and it's fine. Most affiliates run several. Send us a slice of traffic, compare what it earns against what you're getting elsewhere, and scale up only if the numbers are better.
